Juan Fernando Páez - Partner
Juan Páez is an Investment Manager and joined the group in the year 2000 as an asset manager. He has had working experience as a board member on the investments in Colombia, Perú, México, Honduras, Brazil, Jamaica and Chile. Mr. Páez currently is both responsible for asset management and identifying and closing on new investment opportunities throughout the region. Prior to joining the team he worked as an investment banker in Colombia and in the equity capital markets group for BNP Paribas in London. He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial
Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, and an M.B.A. degree with a major in Finance from London Business School. Mr. Páez has lived and worked in Colombia, the U.K and the U.S.A., is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in Portuguese.
