Eduardo Goya, CPA, JD - CFO
Eduardo Goya is Conduit's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for internal financial functions, preparation of the Fund's financial statements, budgeting, reporting to fund investors and managing Conduit's relationships with external financial institutions, custodians and auditors. Prior to joining Conduit, Eduardo was a Senior Vice President at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in New York responsible for the bank's relationships with Latin American governments and financial institutions and he worked on the financing of infrastructure projects sponsored by Latin American governments. He holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from Universidad Pontificia Comilla's, Madrid - Spain, a Master of Taxation from Centro Estudios Financeiros, Madrid and a MBA from Grand Ecole Institut Supérieur de Geston in Paris. Also Eduardo is a CPA in the USA. He is a native Spanish speaker and conversant in Portuguese.
