Samuel D. Gómez - Partner
Sam Gómez is an Investment Manager for the Latin Power Funds.
Sam joined Scudder in 1999 as a financial analyst. Prior to Scudder,
he was a Senior Equity Research Analyst specializing in utilities
and consumer products at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Santander Investment
and Prudential Securities and an Associate Analyst at Schroder &
Co. and Lehman Brothers. Sam Gómez was also a Statistical
Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Originally from
Medellín, Colombia, Mr. Gómez holds a B.S. degree
in Finance and International Business with a minor in Spanish from
the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a native
Spanish speaker and is also conversant in Portuguese.
